Location for Wildflowers & Fall Colors
A Must-See Spot for Flagstaff Visitors
One of my absolute favorite places to photograph in Flagstaff for open meadows is Buffalo Park! This park offers hikers access to a network of trails including the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS), Coconino National Forest and the Arizona Trail. A historic bronze sculpture of a buffalo at the entrance welcomes you as you enter the park. Buffalo Park ensures beautiful Flagstaff portraits for families.
I really love scouting for locations that offer wide open spaces filled with gorgeous sunlight. In the fall, this area is a real treat as the colors pop beautifully. It gives my clients plenty of time to plan their fall family sessions. In addition, I always make it a point to capture a stunning shot of the San Francisco Peaks. It’s the perfect ending to every session. The Buffalo Park Flagstaff portraits with two different families are glowing. Also the sunflowers are in bloom in the spring. Buffalo Park is a perfect location for clients wanting splashes of yellows and oranges in their images!
The spacious Buffalo Park trail is just ideal for having clients walk together. Also with its breathtaking views from the mesa, Buffalo Park is truly one of the most beautiful spots in all of Arizona! This is why portraits at Buffalo Park in Flagstaff is my absolute favorite!
