Bun almost done.
Knowing that my husband and I have completed our family with 2 kiddos makes our maternity & newborn session more dear to our hearts. I will never feel my baby kick or hear the heartbeat at the sweet ultra sound. So now, I am only left with my pictures to take me back to those moments and I am so glad I didn't think twice about getting them done. My very first newborn session was my own daughter. I hired a photographer as a back up to take her pictures, while I learned to run a newborn session and practice on my own baby. She was the best guinea pig I could have asked for!
Life is changing quick and you are most likely prepping the nursery & folding those tiny outfits. Nothing compares to the anticipation of the arrival of your baby. Wether it's your first or your sixth one on the way, this moment is short lived. When you are in it, it feels like you will never not be pregnant, but the second baby arrived it always feels like a flash. I am Arizona's maternity & newborn photographer and I am here for these special milestones.

Newborn Photography FAQ
When should I book my newborn session?
Within the first 2 weeks of life.
Is the session indoor or outdoor?

If the weather permits, the session is outdoor. I love those dreamy sunsets. If not, the session is in the comforts of your own home. Arizona has amazing natural light so I will pose you in the brightest area of your home. My newborn photography is a lifestyle session with natural posing. So I love images of family snuggling on the bed together or rocking your baby to sleep. If you are looking for baby in naked poses, I am probably not the photographer for you.

How do I prep for my session?
If your session is in home, remove all distractions such as clutter, knick knacks, cords, etc. Feed baby right before your session begins and if nursing please don't drink caffeine. Open all blinds to make your home as bright as possible. If you want to include your own outfit for baby, please send me a picture ahead of time!
